Josh Geppelt has spent his career strengthening homelessness response systems and expanding pathways toward housing stability. He is an experienced nonprofit executive and trained sociologist with two decades of operational, programmatic, and systems-level leadership across homelessness, housing, and human services. Prior to joining UDG, he served as Chief Operating Officer at TGTHR and as Vice President of Programs and Chief Strategy Officer at Denver Rescue Mission.
Josh has also served in a variety of board and advisory roles, including with the Denver Department of Housing Stability, the City of Fort Collins, and Rocky Mountain Refuge. He holds degrees in business and sociology and is a graduate of Leadership Denver.
