The first phase of a master-planned community, has been awarded Federal 4% Credits, Accelerated State Credits, and Transit-Oriented Community Credit (TOC) by CHFA.

UDG and Partners Break Ground on Osprey Sound in Orlando, FL.

Osprey Sound will consist of 100-units, home to seniors 62+.
