Salt River Flats is Ulysses Development Group’s first ground-up construction project! This community features 192 affordable units for families and individuals who make at or below 60% AMI. Construction commenced as of October, 2022 and units were delivered Q1 of 2024. This community features a clubhouse with a kitchen, an outdoor pool, a fitness center, and several other amenities to enhance the lives of residents!
Ulysses Development Group partnered with the state of Arizona and Maricopa county through significant financing commitments, including the first ARPA funded development in partnership with Maricopa County!
