Adam is a Development Associate at Ulysses Development Group, where he underwrites, evaluates, and manages affordable housing development opportunities across Colorado. Before joining UDG, Adam began his real estate development career at Maiker Housing Partners, a Colorado-based public housing authority. While at Maiker, he played a key role in advancing multifamily renovation and new construction projects utilizing Low Income Housing Tax Credits.
Originally from Minnesota, Adam holds a B.A. in Finance from Gustavus Adolphus College, a J.D. from the University of Denver, and is a licensed Colorado attorney.
