Ahmed is responsible for driving all aspects of UDG’s development process, including evaluating new project opportunities, negotiating with lenders and investors, and managing the design, entitlements, and construction process. Ahmed has extensive experience completing numerous new construction and acquisition/rehabilitation projects throughout the US. During his time at Dominium and Zocalo Community Development, Ahmed was responsible for the acquisition and construction of over 1,900 units totaling $350 million in Development Costs.
Ahmed is a Wisconsin native and received his Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in both Finance and Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
