Alex is an affordable housing finance professional with a background in LIHTC equity investments. As a Senior Underwriter at Enterprise Housing Credit Investments, he deployed approximately $350M in capital across a diverse range of transactions nationwide. His underwriting expertise spans 4% and 9% credits, state, historic, and energy credits, new construction and acquisition-rehab, and senior, family, and supportive housing projects. Alex holds a BA from NYU and an MBA from USC with a focus in real estate development and finance, and began his career in experiential retail, office, and mixed-use development in Los Angeles.
