Amanda oversees all aspects of affordable and workforce housing development, from site acquisition to building stabilization. Prior to joining UDG, she gained over three years’ experience in Greater New England specializing in complex financing structures utilizing private and public financing sources. As acting project manager with Trinity Financial, Amanda led development efforts for the 334-unit workforce housing, adaptive reuse of the historic Medfield State Hospital campus and the 122-unit affordable, mixed-use development colocated with a new CT Rail Station in Windsor Locks, Connecticut. Amanda holds a degree in Political Science from Boston College and is driven by transformative community development.
