Andrew Pritzlaff is a Colorado native with over a decade of diverse real estate experience in asset management, acquisitions, and project management across commercial and residential sectors. He most recently served as Development and Project Manager at St. Charles Town Company, leading the 110-acre Sugar Mill redevelopment in Longmont, Colorado. Andrew joined Ulysses Development Group to help expand its asset management platform, focusing on new construction and lease-up efforts across the portfolio.

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys Colorado’s outdoors and spending time with his wife and their two energetic young children.
