Banks is a Georgia native and a 2021 graduate of the University of Georgia, where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Certificate in Legal Studies through the Terry College of Business. She began her career in real estate development while in school through an internship with Landmark Properties, where she supported the investments and development team on student housing opportunities.

After graduating, Banks joined Dominium’s Atlanta office, where she spent five years leading new construction and the acquisition of affordable housing projects across the Southeast. During her time at Dominium, she contributed to the development and renovation of approximately 3,700 units.

Banks joined Ulysses Development Group in early 2026 as a Development Associate, where she is responsible for evaluating new project opportunities and supporting development execution by conducting market research, performing financial analysis, assessing feasibility across multiple business strategies, and assisting with design, entitlements, and the construction process.
