Connor Larr is co-founder and Partner of Ulysses Development Group. As partner, Connor has helped develop and implement UDG’s mission and vision, helping to lead UDG’s growth from its founding in 2021. Connor is primarily responsible for oversight of all development activities and identifying new, strategic opportunities to create and preserve housing opportunities across the country. Under Connor’s leadership, Ulysses Development Group has grown extensively and now owns over 2,300 units, with approximately 800 of those units under construction, and an additional 1,900 units in the pipeline. Since the company’s founding, Connor has made it a priority to build a best-in-class, mission-driven team made up of top talent in the affordable housing industry. Because of this unwavering vision for the company, Ulysses Development Group was named a finalist for Colorado Biz Magazine’s Top Company Award in 2024. In addition to the Top Company Award, UDG’s first new construction community won the Urban Development of the Year award in the state of Arizona. Ulysses Development Group was also named the 32nd most active developer in the country by Affordable Housing Finance in 2024.
Prior to UDG, Connor was a Vice President at Related where he helped to oversee the development of large, mixed-use and public-private real estate developments. Connor started his career at Citigroup in the Municipal Securities Division.
Connor sits on the board of Energy Outreach Colorado and is a member of the Johns Hopkins Second Decade Society. Connor lives in Evergreen, Colorado with his wife and three children. Connor is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University.
