Craig brings his extensive experience as a real estate professional specializing in land, mixed-use, and affordable and workforce housing to Ulysses Development Group. Craig focuses on creative new infill, urban renewal, and transit-oriented development (TOD) opportunities. With a proven track record, Craig stresses the importance of private-public partnerships and stakeholder engagement to equitable and inclusionary “place making” and community development.
Craig is a graduate of Princeton University, where he played football and baseball.
