Evan is a Minnesota native who moved to Colorado in 2020 to attend the University of Colorado Boulder. He graduated in 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, earning dual emphases in Real Estate and Finance.
Throughout his career, Evan has gained hands-on experience across various facets of commercial real estate, with a particular focus on multifamily acquisitions and development. In October 2025, he joined Ulysses Development Group as a Development Analyst, where he supports market-rate and LIHTC multifamily projects across Colorado and Utah. His work centers on financial analysis, project financing, and the execution of acquisition and development strategies.
Outside of work, Evan is an enthusiastic hockey player and enjoys skiing, golfing, traveling, and discovering new music.
