Hannah is an Asset Management Analyst at Ulysses Development Group, where she supports absorption and lease-up strategies and analyzes operational data to optimize property performance. Previously, she worked at JLL on their Transactions Management team, conducting property and market analysis, assisting in negotiating retail leases, and facilitating ownership transition documentation. She also has prior experience in real estate due diligence, collaborating with stakeholders to evaluate assets and support transactions. Hannah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology from Boston College and enjoys playing tennis, practicing yoga, skiing, and running.
