As Regional Vice President, Jenn is responsible for supporting and advancing UDG’s development opportunities across the Southeast. Jenn has developed more than 5,700 units of affordable housing and market rate housing over nine southern states.
Jenn has been involved in all facets of multi-family housing since 1991 and focused on affordable housing in the Southeast since 2005. Her roles in the industry have led her to diverse experience with property search, acquisition, underwriting, funding, design, construction, third-party supervision, marketing, relocation, placed in service, lease-up, management and compliance. In addition, her responsibilities for development also include working with lenders, investors, local municipalities, state housing agencies and legislation at state and federal level. She has experience with public housing authorities, Housing and Urban Development as well as Rural Development.
Jenn studied Business Administration from the University of Alabama with a minor in Advertising/Marketing, Public Relations. She has completed the universities courses for Real Estate Management and Construction. Jenn is a Board Member of Women’s Affordable Housing Network (SCWAHN) and a Member of CREW Charleston, Urban Land Institute South Carolina and certified Accredited Residential Manager with IREM.
