Jonathan serves as Assistant Vice President and Director of Preconstruction for Ulysses Development Group, bringing 20 years of construction expertise. In his role, Jonathan is responsible for conceptual estimating, design development, and construction management.
Prior to joining Ulysses, Jonathan spent ten years managing multifamily ground up construction throughout the Denver market. This includes 1,600 units on 2 high-rises, 2 podium projects, and 1 garden style project. Prior to multifamily, Jonathan worked on commercial and hospitality tenant improvements.
After graduating from Wentworth Institute of Technology in 2004, with a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering, Jonathan started his construction career in the Boston market.
