Josh is a Development Analyst at Ulysses Development Group, contributing to the development process of new construction and acquisition/rehabilitation projects nationwide. Josh was born and raised in Sacramento, CA, and graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. While at UC Berkeley, Josh was involved in the Undergraduate Economics Association and the Undergraduate Real Estate Club.
Josh has completed several internships in both market-rate and affordable multifamily acquisitions in his professional career.
