Kaity Sitzman

Associate

Kaity joined Ulysses Development Group as an Associate, where she focuses on the firm’s stabilized portfolio. She brings extensive experience in asset management and property operations across multifamily and commercial portfolios. Prior to joining UDG, Kaity worked at McWhinney and Amstar, where she helped oversee the annual budgeting and business planning process, conducted financial analysis, supported leasing efforts, and collaborated with property operations teams.

Outside of work, Kaity enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and dog. She earned her undergraduate degree from Villanova University, where she played Division I softball, and she earned her MBA from CU Denver.
