Kendra Crispin brings a unique blend of social work, direct service, and multifamily housing experience to Ulysses Development Group. Her background includes serving vulnerable populations through family advocacy and community support roles, where she developed a passion for creating environments rooted in connection, stability, and care. Prior to joining UDG, Kendra held leadership roles with Apartment Life, overseeing resident engagement programs across the western United States and partnering with ownership and management teams to enhance the resident experience. Outside of work, she enjoys Colorado sports, live concerts, and building meaningful community connections wherever she goes.
