Lauren joined Ulysses Development group as an Analyst, where she is responsible for budgeting, financial analysis, property accounting, and general lender/investor reporting. Prior to joining UDG, Lauren served in predevelopment client services at Greystar, where she underwrote multifamily assets, developed presentations for prospective business opportunities, and conducted analytical assessments of the Colorado housing market. Her experience spans multiple sectors of commercial real estate—including leasing, sales, financial modeling, and construction—providing her with a well-rounded understanding of the full development and asset lifecycle.
Lauren graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and Engineering Technology. Originally from Charlotte, NC, she now lives in Colorado, where she spends her time gardening, hiking, and catching up on home DIY projects.
