Mike joined UDG as the Assistant Vice President – Director of Capital Installments in May 2026. He is responsible for leading the financial closeout of affordable housing developments, ensuring timely and accurate cost certifications, final tax credit allocations, and IRS Form 8609 issuance, as well as managing equity installment schedules and verifying compliance with milestones and adjuster outcomes. Mike has an MBA from John Carroll University and a Bachelor’s degree from Miami University in accounting. Mike has extensive accounting and finance experience in the affordable industry, having previously worked for an owner/syndicator, property management, and in public accounting. Outside of work, Mike enjoys concerts and trail running.
