Although raised on the small-town beaches of North Carolina, Shea came to discover that the mountains of Colorado really felt like home. She completed her Bachelor’s and Master of Accountancy at Colorado State University, worked in audit with a Big 4 firm, and spent most of her career in market-rate multifamily development with McWhinney. Bringing that experience to her role as a Construction Accountant with UDG is the meaningful shift to mission-driven work she sought after. Outside of work, she enjoys DIY home projects, spending time with family and friends, and traveling as much as possible.
