Will is a Development Analyst at Ulysses Development Group, where he supports the planning, financing, and execution of affordable housing projects across the country. Prior to joining UDG, Will conducted underwriting and contract negotiation on hospitality management agreements at Mint House, where he developed expertise in underwriting, capital structuring, and deal negotiation. Will earned his Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Utah, where he was a finalist in the Utah Real Estate Challenge.
Originally from New York, Will graduated from Colgate University with a degree in Environmental Economics. Outside of work, he’s an avid backcountry skier and freestyle ski coach and is always down for a round of golf or pickup basketball.
