Yoni founded UDG in 2021 to capitalize on his deep experience and relationships in the affordable housing space and to build an organization with strong principles and vision. Prior to founding UDG, Yoni was a founding partner of Lincoln Avenue Capital, where he led the firm’s growth over 5 years overseeing the acquisition of over 11,000 units of affordable housing. Prior to founding LAC, Yoni worked at The Related Companies and Citigroup.
Yoni is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.
