Bell Ridge is a 122-unit affordable community located in Pace, Florida and was built in 2008, and acquired by Ulysses Development Group in 2021. This community features apartment units set aside for residents who earn 60% of the area median income.
Since acquiring Bell Ridge, UDG has overseen several upgrades to further enhance the lives of the residents. Some of these include bringing the pool back online after several years of it not being functional, updates to the shower heads and toilets in the residences, and repairing the concrete that had been severely damaged in the past few years.
