The Ridge at Sun Valley will be a 3-story development that will bring new life to the Sun Valley area! This community will feature 195 units of affordable housing for families and individuals who make at or below 60% of the area median income. Construction has commenced as of spring, 2023 and is expected to wrap up in the Spring of 2025. This community will feature a clubhouse, fitness center, an outdoor swimming pool, as well as in-unit washers and dryers, stone countertops and stainless steel appliances.
The Ridge at Sun Valley is the first affordable housing deal to successfully deploy Nevada’s Home Means Nevada Initiative funds and NV State Affordable Housing Tax credits!
