Citrus Glen is a 272-unit community located in Orlando, Florida. This community was originally built in 1994, and UDG acquired it in 2021 with plans to undergo a major rehabilitation to enhance and preserve the quality of life for residents! Some of these upgrades will include replacing the bathroom vanities and sinks in all units, new kitchen cabinets and countertops, installing energy-efficient lighting and windows, renovating the management office, among others. UDG will also be taking on a large landscaping initiative which will include concrete repair, and tree removal and trimming along walking paths and near the parking lot.
