Ponderosa Pines is a planned 204-unit LIHTC multifamily development in Douglas County, Colorado. Future residents will be able to take advantage of the close proximity to the mountains and the many restaurants, shops, and experiences in the nearby towns of Parker and Castle Rock.

This project has received an initial bond inducement from the Douglas County Housing Partnership and is targeted to close in early 2026.
