Ponderosa Pines is a planned 219-unit LIHTC multifamily development in Douglas County, Colorado. This development will feature seven residential buildings including a clubhouse. Amenities include a fitness center, business center, children’s play area, and plenty of green space. There will be 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom homes and will be utilizing income averaging to target individuals and families earning a range of incomes.
This project has received an initial bond inducement from the Douglas County Housing Partnership and is targeted to close in the summer of 2025.
